Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Earthy Blocks, we take great pride in our handcrafted products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they have been shipped and no customization has been applied to the product.
  • To cancel, please call us at +91 9860864192 or email earthyblocks@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once cancelled, a refund equivalent to the purchase price less any banking charges will be refunded to your original payment source within 7–10 working days.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

RETURN POLICY

  • We accept returns only in the following cases: the product arrived damaged or defective, or the wrong product was sent.
  • General returns are not applicable as all our products are handcrafted and made to order.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at +91 9860864192 or earthyblocks@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original unused condition with all tags intact and sent along with the original bill and original packaging.
  • Once the returned product is received, a standard quality check will be conducted. If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged product), we will process the return and refund.
  • Refund equivalent to the purchase price less banking charges will be credited to your original payment source within 7–10 working days after the return is approved.
  • Products purchased during a sale or with a discount code are not eligible for return.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchanges are allowed if the product does not meet your expectations and no customization was requested.
  • To initiate an exchange, contact us at +91 9860864192 or earthyblocks@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • You can exchange for any other product on the website of equivalent or higher value.
  • Exchanges are processed online only — not at any offline store.
  • The product being exchanged must be in its original unused condition with all tags intact and in the original packaging. Since all products are handcrafted and delicate, any damage to the product will lead to cancellation of the exchange request.
  • Once the exchange is approved, reverse pickup will be arranged by our team.
  • After completion of the exchange, the customer can place a new order for the same product (if available) or a different product of equal or higher value.

REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and quality-checked.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • Please note that your bank or card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at earthyblocks@gmail.com.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • If you receive a package that appears to have been tampered with, do not accept or open it. Return it immediately by following the return steps above.
  • No return or exchange is allowed for products purchased during a sale.
  • All handcrafted products may have slight natural variations in print, colour, and texture — these are not defects but a hallmark of authentic handmade products and are not grounds for return.
