Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your saree or blouse, choose the quantity, and click “Add to Cart”. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete payment. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay and PayU. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it has not yet been shipped. Call us at +91 9860864192 or email earthyblocks@gmail.com. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
Is it safe to shop on Earthy Blocks?
Absolutely. Our website is secured with SSL encryption and we use trusted payment gateways. We never store your card details.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on all orders above ₹2,000 across India. Orders below that threshold incur a standard shipping charge calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 10–15 working days. Since all our products are handcrafted, some pieces may require additional time. You will receive an email and SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
You can request an address change within 24 hours of placing the order, before it is shipped. Contact us at +91 9860864192 as soon as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is something we are working towards — stay subscribed to our emails for updates.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns only if the product arrived damaged or if the wrong product was sent. General returns are not applicable as all products are handcrafted and made to order. To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery at earthyblocks@gmail.com.
Can I exchange my saree for a different one?
Yes — exchanges are allowed if the product does not meet your expectations and no customisation was applied. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags intact.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received and quality-checked.

Products & Craft

Are your products genuinely handcrafted?
Yes, without exception. Every saree and blouse on Earthy Blocks is handcrafted by Indian artisans using traditional techniques — hand block printing, handloom weaving, tie-dye, and more. We work directly with artisan communities so there is full traceability from maker to you.
Why does my saree look slightly different from the photo?
Handcrafted products have natural variations in colour, print placement, and texture — no two pieces are exactly alike. This is not a defect; it is the beauty and authenticity of handmade. Screen calibration may also cause minor colour differences.
Does the saree come with a blouse piece?
Most of our sarees include approximately 1 metre of running blouse fabric. Please check the individual product description to confirm for each product.
How should I care for my saree?
Most of our sarees recommend dry cleaning only, especially for Ajrakh, Tussar Silk, and Tangaliya. Cotton and modal silk sarees can typically be hand-washed in cold water with mild detergent. Always refer to the specific wash care instructions on the product page.
